We take a personal interest in everyone who walks through our doors and we are passionate about helping every single one of our students to fully achieve their potential.

The traditional, and most rewarding way to practise ashtanga yoga. Each student slowly memorises a set series of postures and then moves through the sequence at their own pace. The Mysore-style teacher gives as much or as little help as is required for each individual practitioner.

In these classes, everyone moves through the series together as counted by the teacher. This way of practising builds strength and stamina quickly. If you’re a beginner, it would be better for your first class not to be one of these. Come to a Mysore-style class or an introductory class first.

Beginners are very welcome in all of our Mysore-style classes. We tailor the individual instruction that you receive to suit where you’re at.

Liagh is an experienced Yoga Teacher whose classes combine movement, breath, meditation & relaxation, all aimed at helping each person discover their own Yoga.

A senior-qualified E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa & Accessible Yoga), Liagh has studied & practiced with many renowned teachers over the years; from Donna Farhi to Jivana Heyman, John Scott to Amy Ippoliti, Sarah Ramsden to Nischala Joy Devi, Shandor Remete, Lalit Kumar, James Higgins & many more.

Having run 3 marathons (& trained for 7, long story!) & also loving both cycling & hiking, Liagh knows how much Yoga can help in this regard.

Liagh also walked the full 888km Camino de Santiago in 2014, doing a lil Yoga each day along 'The Way'.

Liagh has trained in & taught adaptive Yoga at two cancer support centres for several years now. Having gone through cancer treatment, she knows very well the great help Yoga can be - on so many levels.

As a qualified Accessible Yoga Teacher, Liagh loves being able to share Yoga's many benefits - Yoga is for ALL of us, not just the fit, young, well & wealthy. Teaching Community Yoga through both the auspices of Dublin City Council Sports & Wellbeing Partnership & local Community Groups too, Liagh enjoys bringing Yoga to schools, to older adults, to communities & to people in relaxed & informal local settings.

By developing a regular suitable practice, we are better equipped, on & off the mat, to go about our daily lives, feeling physically more at ease & more centred & calm within.

The purpose of EveryDay Yoga Ireland is to share with people the truth that Yoga is an ‘everyday’ kind of practice - something attainable to us all, whether that is in class together or at home online, in a chair, at a desk, or outside in the fresh air.
