Members/students have access to swimming classes for both children and adults, free fitness consultations, personalised exercise programmes, and a highly qualified fitness team to assist, motivate, and encourage them on their fitness journey.

The sauna and steam room help relax the body, cleanse the skin, relieve muscle tension, expel toxins, unblock respiratory channels, and aid in breathing with greater ease. The sauna has aromatherapy for enhanced relaxation, while the steam room features healing crystals, fibre optic lights, and fragrant oils for the ultimate relaxation experience.

The sports campus has five grass pitches including GAA, soccer, and rugby pitches, as well as an all-weather 3G GAA pitch. There are also two GAA pitches of championship dimensions, a pavilion with changing rooms, high performance gym, and offices. The Soccer Centre offers five 5-a-side pitches for recreational games and leagues, as well as a larger pitch for squad training.

The spa pool, maintained at 38C, provides comforting Jacuzzi blasts of warm water that help massage away pain and tension. The buoyancy of the water helps muscles relax and recover, while the tranquil poolside atmosphere ensures a sound night's sleep.
