The park consists of mature woodland, extensive informal lawns, recreational land for playing pitches and passive recreation, ponds, walkways, a historic house with stunning ballroom and music room, a crafts courtyard, a victorian cottage, a lake and boathouse, and various landscape features associated with 18th and early 19th century Parks.
Visitors can enjoy activities such as golf at the family-focused amenity, tennis, boules, park runs, and the start point for a long distance walking trail. The park also offers sporting facilities including tennis courts, a cricket ground, GAA and soccer pitches, and a full-size soccer all-weather pitch.
The collective features 20 designers, artists, and craftspeople, offering a great array of talent and creativity in a lovely setting. Visitors can find unique jewellery, watercolour art, boutique cakes, and unique crafts for sale.
The Putting Green is open Wednesday - Sunday until the end of December, and from January to end of March 2024, it will open Friday - Sunday only. The Green opens at 10.30am and closes at 3.30pm, with a limit of 200 players on weekends. Visitors must not wear heels or studded footwear, and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Visitors can obtain a ticket from the adjacent Treo Coffee Trailer to play at the Putting Green, where putters and golf balls are also available to borrow. Admission is free, and the Green is located in the centre of the park adjacent to the boules area and tennis courts.
